A woman named Mrs.Gulnaar Shahid gave birth to triplets, in what is believed to the first case of its kind, at Saifee Hospital Trust on Saturday 8 th December 2007. The children spent 3 – 4 days in the Hospital.

The boys identically delivered twins and a single girl delivered at the same moment.
